Rotary This Week – June 11 - We meet at the Lodge.  Frank Ferrante has arranged for Bob Williams to present a program showing the planning and construction of the bronze model of James Fort, now on display at Historic Jamestown.  His presentation will include pictures of the project along the way and some interesting iinformation.

Rotary Next Week - June 18 - Doug McLean will lead us in a "Tall Tale Contest".  This will iniclude short stories - real, imaginary, or plagiarized.  This program should be fun for all, and more details will come later.

Last Thursday's Meeting - Member Marty Weber gave the Club an interesting and amusing account of his leadership of a Rotary GSE Team on a trip to Turkey in 2002.  Photographs of the people and places were excellent!  Thanks, Marty!

Board Meeting:  The Board will meet with Mike Maddocks for breakfast on Friday, June 12, at 8:30 A.M., at the Green Leafe in New Town.  Please attend.

Queen of Hearts:  The weekly drawing was won by Frank Force, who drew a Queen - but alas, it was the Queen of Spades!  There are 33 cards left, and the pot is worth $461.  Good Luck to everyone.

THE FOUR-WAY TEST
Test of the things we think, say, or do:
1. Is it the TRUTH?
2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

"Make Dreams Real,"

President Lee's theme reflects the world as he would like it to be – one in which children have the best possible chance at survival and the opportunity to reach their dreams.
